Asparagus and bacon soup is easy to do and bring with you on a day outdoors. Warm soup is especially good when being outdoors the cold winter. It help you digest other cold food easier, raises your body temperature and contains a lot of the stuff you need to get through the day.

Recipe for one litre of soup:

  • One onion
  • Two tablespoons of ox fund
  • Two cans of asparagus, 450 gram total including the water
  • one vegetable bouillon cube
  • Tablespoon of butter
  • Rough cut bacon, 250 gram
  • Single cream, 3 dl
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon pepper
  • Freshly grounded black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Two large tablespoons Creme fraiche
