Asparagus and bacon soup is easy to do and bring with you on a day outdoors. Warm soup is especially good when being outdoors the cold winter. It help you digest other cold food easier, raises your body temperature and contains a lot of the stuff you need to get through the day.
Recipe for one litre of soup:
- One onion
- Two tablespoons of ox fund
- Two cans of asparagus, 450 gram total including the water
- one vegetable bouillon cube
- Tablespoon of butter
- Rough cut bacon, 250 gram
- Single cream, 3 dl
- 1 Tablespoon of lemon pepper
- Freshly grounded black pepper
- Sea salt
- Two large tablespoons Creme fraiche
